The Reverse Pull-Push trick is a really nice move. It can be a fake and a turn. It just depends where you use the trick.
The hardest thing about this move is the hop forward. As the ball is pulled backwards, you need to place you weight on the ball ever so slightly as you hop forward with the other foot. Once mastered, the push part is easy.
Practice on your own then try using this move in tight spaces. this move is a change of direction turn and can be used while faking out opponent when looking to pass, cross or shoot.
