The 'Samba Taps' are a great exercise to improve your technical skillz. Using a ball and both feet, this exercise really pushes you to work on your technique using different areas of your foot whilst maintaing good balance and form. 


If you keep practicing this skill, you will become much stronger at ball mastery and it will follow into your games with your teams.
