In this tutorial, I will teach you 3 very simple steps to set you on your way to striking a ball effectively at goal. 

Please note, there are many factors involved in having good technique in front of goal. I'm just highlighting 3 of them in this video.


Step 1: Plant Foot - Place plant foot to the side of the ball. Experiment with different ares next to the ball to perform different shots, high, low, fast etc.

Step 2: Open Knee, Closed Knee. Practice both of these with regards to using the inside of your foot or your laces to strike at goal.

Step 3: Try to align your hips and shoulders with the target area on the goal. This will help with maximum aim.
